It would be nice to have some more advanced features. Such as custom ctcp replies, the ability to show who is +o,+a, +h with ~, @, %. I think that there should just be more options.

A ticket tracket system is built around the notion of tracking progress of individual work items. Relatively vague and unspecific posts like this don't allow the system to function. Please file individual requests.
