installation failed when i try to install service menu in dolphin

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Dolphin > Settings > Configure Dolphin > Services > Download New Services -> Select Service and Install it

Actual Results:  
installation failed!

Expected Results:  
installation done!

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.35-22-generic
Compiler: cc

Can easily be reproduced with a clean openSUSE 11.3 x86 set-up. 

Dolphin version 1.4 / KDE 4.4.4 (KDE 4.4.4) "release 3"

Confirmed on trunk as well. Services seem to be unusable at the moment.
Also, you can "install" a service, it's marked as installed but actually not installed.
