Description Charles Opondo 2010-10-13 14:47:55 UTC
Version: 1.13.5
OS: Linux

My home router sends log e-mail, which always comes with the date stamp Thu 1 Jan 1970 03:00 00. Although when viewed in Outlook the e-mails have no date/timestamp, it is threaded to the correct day, week, month or period. However in Kmail they are threaded under January 1970 (I wasn't even born yet!)

Reproducible: Always

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.35-22-generic
Compiler: cc

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
