Every stamp made with Okular will be scaled to a square. Some stamps became unreadable then.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
* Click on Tools->Review
* Click on the stamp tool.
* Place a stamp.
* Right click on the stamp.
* Choose property
* Change to “Departmental” (for example)

Actual Results:  
You get a “Departmental” stamp scaled to be a square. The text is unreadable.

Expected Results:  
Okular shows the stamp with the original size.

Note you can click and hold to place the top-left point, dragging to place the bottom-right one. A single click just places a square stamp (useful for icons), not really rectangular though.
The proper fix for this would be allowing to resize the annotations added by users, which is bug #177778.
