Description Rolf Eike Beer 2010-10-07 08:23:34 UTC
Version: unspecified (using Devel)
OS: Linux

This happens since I upgraded to the version announced on 2010-09-21, but also happens with the version announced yesterday.

I started with a clean config and configured my IMAP accounts (using "generic IMAP server"). The folder hierarchy is shown correctly, but all folders are empty.

It doesn't look like this is related to the actual amount of messages in the folder, the message shows up for each folder immediately. I've started KMail and waited for like 2 hours to see if it was syncing anything in background but nothing has happened. If I start up KMail and immediately select this account I see that it is loading the folder list as that does not immediately appear. But later on nothing changes.

I use local folder subscriptions if that matters in any way.

Reproducible: Didn't try

After deleting ~/.config/akonadi and recreating the email accounts everything works fine.

Closing due to reported (self- :) )fix.
