Please add a checkbox to the context menu of query tabs in line with the context menu entry "Join on Connect" with channel tabs:
when selecting "Query on Connect", this query tab would get opened on the next startup.

It could be named "Open on Connect" or "Chat on Connect", but the idea should be clear.

For now, you can use /query <nick> in the "Commands:" field of the Edit Network dialog. Use semicolons (;) to separate multiple commands.
