Version: 4.4.5 (using KDE 4.4.5)
OS: Linux

Hi,

I try to add a groupdav ressource on Kontact-calendar component and I have some troubles.

My configuration is :
Server type : egroupware 1.6.002
URL: https://server.com/egroupware/groupdav.php/
user: username
password: *password*

First, when I configure the new resource, Kontact try to auto-detect calendar folders and display multiple duplicate folder name. (see screenshot [1])

Next, I select all folders and validate. No Kontact errors occured and it seem to be connected to the server.

Result : No new events have been added to Kontact calendar view.
So, I try to 'reload' the groupdav calendar and a progress-bar appears. (see screenshot [2])
Finally, no new events have been added.

I try this on evolution with gnome apps and it works, all calendars are successfully detected and added.

So I think that Kontact not properly detect calendars folders.

Regards,
Thomas PIERSON

Reproducible: Always

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of kontact (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.

Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
