Version:           2.14 (using KDE 4.4.4)

The configuration window Ark described in the online help [1] is not available at all.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Tell ark to show Tools.

The documentation has been fixed in KDE 4.5.

As for the text in Ark's documentation, this has been removed in newer releases.
