Trying to download several different isos (such as this one:
http://superb-sea2.dl.sourceforge.net/project/partitionman/partitionmanager-live-cd/1.0.3/KDE_Partition_Manager_1.0.3_LiveCD.i686-1.0.3.iso ) never succeed. Indeed, only the first 18K or so is downloaded (the amount varies). kget is convinced the download was successful and at 100%.

NOTE: 4.5.2 not in KDE version dropbox.

Hi, I just tried it and can't reproduce it.
Could you please start kget from the terminal with debug output? For that start kdebugdialog and activte all "kget", "kio_http" and "kio_file". That way I guess I should get all the information needed.

Btw. what do you mean with "4.5.2 not in KDE version dropbox."?

Seems fixed now.
Regarding the '4.5.2 not in KDE version dropbox' I was talking about when filing the bug the web form did not have '4.5.2' in the 'KDE version' dropbox.

Nice that it works for you know. The thing is that I did not change anything that should fix this, neither am I sure what caused the initial problem.
Maybe something in KIO that was fixed, who knows.^^
