Consider a setup with two screens. One with 1680x1050 and the second with 1280x1024. Creating an additional panel on the second screen, put it on the bottom and set it to autohide.

Now moving the mouse cursor to the bottom is not showing the panel.Instead it comes up a few pixels above. It becomes more obvious if you make the panel smaller, center it and then move the mouse cursor on the left or right side of the panel. Now move the cursor towards the center. The panel did not show up. Move the cursor a few pixel upwards an the panel pops up.

I guess there is a mismatch between the two different screen heights.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new panel on at the bottom of the second monitor
2. set it to autohide
3. move the cursor to the bottom

Actual Results:  
Panel is shown when the mouse is a few pixels over the bottom.

Expected Results:  
The panel shut show up if the cursor is actually at the bottom of the screen of the second monitor, regardless og the resolution of the first monitor.
