Created attachment 52165 [details] Desktop effects is selected, Window decorations is displayed. Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.1) OS: Linux I'm experiencing a strange behaviour when trying to configure KWin Desktop Effects. When opening the control module from an opened window (upper left button in KWin default decoration -> "Window settings" or something similar) I get that the default selected item is "Desktop effects", but the opened module is "Window decorations". If I click again on the item "Desktop effects" the opened module doesn't change, while if I click on another item the module changes. Now, after changing module, if I click on "Desktop effects" I finally get the "Desktop effects" module. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Open "Window settings" from a window. Actual Results: "Window decoration" module is active. Expected Results: Selected (in this case "Desktop settings") module is active. Using KDE 4.5.1 with Qt 4.7.0 on Arch Linux with kernel 2.6.35
