Also I changed things in Desktop Effects because when leaving the session it took quite a while to logoff. The screen was distorted and the confirmation dialog was displayed OK, however it took a while, 10-15 seconds, before the screen became dark and I could go to another session. Shortly before the logoff was done, there was a message that checking of desktop effect took too long.
