Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0) Open kmail-mobile
1) Select IMAP/Kolab account
2) Open Flaps menu
3) Select Edit Account
4) Enable Serverside Subscriptions
5) Uncheck two subfolders of the Imap account
6) Click on ok

Actual Results:  
In the folder view you can still see the two folders that you have unsuscribed
from.

Expected Results:  
The folders that have been unchecked in the Local subscription dialogue should
not be displayed anymore in the folder view.
