Hola lo que pasa es que no estaba conectada la computadora a la energia electrica entonces aparece una ventana donde aparece una barra donde se puede bajar la luz del lcd y ahi en ese momento en que yo selecciono la iluminacion minima y le doy aceptar es cuando pasa el error.

otro problema que he tenido es que la compu se a estado quedando trabando y la unica opcion que me da es aplicar el botonaso y yo ya no quiero que siga pasando eso porque mi disco duro se me puede dañar
