When dragon is in fullscreen on the second screen, you can't minimize/unminimize applications by clicking on them in the taskbar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Attach a second screen.
open kate and put it on the first screen where the taskbar is
put dragon in fullscreen on the second screen
click on the taskbar entry of kate

Actual Results:  
nothing happens

Expected Results:  
kate should minimize
