In "KDE4 (4.4.3)" application "Sweeper (1.4)" has a bug regarding removal options of the panel "Recently Used Applications".
It is impossible to remove recently used programs from the "Kickoff" menu with "Sweeper".
The only way to do this, is to manually edit "kickoffrc" file in 
"~ / .kde4/share/config.
Also, in the "Kickoff" missing context menu options for the right mouse button, except the "Add to Favorites".
With KDE3.5 everything was perfect, and now ...
