Version:           1.3 (using KDE 4.4.4) 
OS:                Linux

i'm receiving files and dcc is always interrupted... i always resume but always occur

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
receive file from someone thru dcc... wait for a few seconds and it will fail

Actual Results:  
dcc file transfer fail

Expected Results:  
tranfer to be competed

OS: WindowsNT (i686) release Windows 7
Compiler: cl.exe

I tried it with windows xp(32bit) and windows 7(64bit) konv-1.3.0 msvc build
sending + receiving files, active+passive, from and to different clients(irssi, konversation, mirc, xchat, pchat)
always worked fine.

Are you sure it is not just a firewall(port) problem?
If not I need a more detailed description.

I tried again with recent git master on win7, still works
