Comment 1 Christoph Feck 2010-09-24 12:08:23 UTC
Did you restart KDE after upgrading Qt?
Comment 2 Christoph Feck 2010-09-24 12:10:00 UTC
Oh, I should read the description, not just the backtrace :P
Comment 3 Matthias Fuchs 2010-10-29 12:43:47 UTC
Can you still reproduce this bug? I am asking since I was never able to reproduce this bug after upgrading to Qt 4.7.
Also looking at the kget code mentioned in the bt I doubt that this is KGet related.
Comment 4 Joachim Mairböck 2010-10-29 21:42:07 UTC
I could not reproduce the crash afterwards, it just occured once, at the first startup of KDE after the Qt upgrade. But there were also other apps crashing then which also didn't crash any more after that. See Bug 252224 for KRunner and Bug 252228 for both Akonadi Nepomuk Feeder Agents.
Comment 5 Matthias Fuchs 2010-10-30 00:36:39 UTC
Might it be, that something went wrong with your update?
Comment 6 Joachim Mairböck 2010-10-30 09:19:32 UTC
I don't really know it any more, it could be that I missed a package where the download didn't work at first. Probably that would be an explanation for the crashes and why they didn't occur any more since then.
Comment 7 Matthias Fuchs 2011-06-01 00:09:23 UTC
I think this bug is unrelated to KGet so we can't do anything about it.
Further it looks to me that the update did not went correctly, be it either
because of the openSUSE packages or something on your machine.

If you think that this bug is worth it, it might be an idea to report it on the
openSUSE bug tracker.
