I downloaded a file in Firefox, couldn't remember where.  So I clicked Tools > Downloads "Open Containing Folder", which started Dolphin.  When I saw the folder name (~/Desktop), I clicked the (x) close button on the Dolphin window.  Dolphin crashed.
