Hej, KAddressBook in 4.4 is a complete reimplementation of the application. The part that dials a number is a separated component with its own configuration file now. So we don't have a migration path for this and highly probably won't offer one because being short of resources. Sorry for the inconveniences Ciao, Tobias Frankly, I do not understand the logic behind this resolution. KDE, being an open source project, has potentially unlimited resources, doesn’t it? At least, that is what the advertising materials say… Hej Christopher, I think this is a general misconception, Open Source projects have only as much resources as people volunteer to help. And unfortunately during the last years I have the feeling more and more people only want to use software instead of helping to improve them... sad but true. Ciao, Tobias |
