Remove it from the autostart apps and let the session manager restore it. My guess is that it is being started twice (once by the session manager, and once by the autostart), and when you start ktorrent a second time and it is minimized to tray, the window will be shown. I'm using fluxbox (but, in KDE I see the same behaviour). So, there is no session manager. It must run only once, from autostart script. I'll investigate this issue, but... I have no problem getting ktorrent started minimized to systray with fluxbox. The only thing you have to make sure is that KT exits minimized to systray, then it will start minimized in the tray. Btw what version are you using ? Hm, now it's really starts minimized, if it was so on exit. Sorry, for waisting your time. P.S. KTorrent version is 3.3.4, KDE 4.5.1 |
