Hello, when I resize windows (like vlc, kopete), the shortcut (alt-f4), sound mute, volume up or down, ...) not work.
Thanks to fix it.

Do I understand correctly that you want to use your shortcuts while resizing windows? In that case: sorry that is not possible. While resizing windows the complete X screen is blocked and that means that also the key events are blocked.

Solution into Wayland display server?

Intended behavior: X is blocked while resizing windows.
