In KPatience 3.4 (KDE SC 4.5.1) it finally is possible to change the theme for the overview. But no matter which theme and card design I choose the overview always shows the oxygen white cards.

Expected Results:  
Overview should reflect the chosen card design.

Confirming. The overview screen uses fixed PNG images of the various game types, and does not reflect the theme used (or any changes in the card layout since the PNG files were generated).
