There is no progress bar while Kmail-mobile launches to indicate to the user that he should way.

This could be a good idea since it takes about 1:20 to launch Kmail-mobile atm.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch Kmail-mobile
- After about 30 seconds the Kontact start up window appears
- After about 1 min the main Kmail window appears and a loading... appearing in the Folder View indicates that it is still starting up.
- After about 1 min 20s Kmail-mobile is fully launched and ready to be used

Actual Results:  
During all that time the user has to wait and until the Kontact window appears the user cannot be sure that the app is launching.

Expected Results:  
so I think I would be better to have a progress bar from the launch start.

WinCE has a proper progress indicator during start, this only affects N900, thus no komo3 keyword.

I retested this bug today:

* After about 07 seconds the Kontact start up window appears
* After about 18s Kmail-mobile is fully launched and ready to be used

This is pretty quick now and the user can see the Kontact Touch start up window nearly immediately so she knows that the application is launching.

But there is still not progress bar
