Version:           SVN (using KDE 4.4.0) 
OS:                Linux

When trying to do Run -> Configure Launches, selecting project to the left, press the plus-button nothing happens more then buttons goes gray happens.

In console one can find:
edit: index was invalid
edit: editing failed

I found out that the configure launch started to work after (re-?) enabling "Execute Programs"-plugin.


Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable "Execute Programs" plugin
2. Try to configure launch

Actual Results:  
When pressing '+' nothing happens

Expected Results:  
New launch configuration appears

Show an error message about missing plugin.

I can confirm this is still present in 4.2.0.
