The URL displayed for the Device Notifier plasmoid refers to a vaguely related resource.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. 
Tell the Panel Toolbox controller to add new interface elements.

2. 
Inspect the Device Notifier of the System Information category.  
Currently it can only be achieved by hovering the mouse over the Device Notifier icon.

3. Visit the URL.

Actual Results:

Observe that I was unable to find such a thing.

yes, these entries should all be replaced with the userbase entries. this would be an awesome junior job, doesn't even require any coding skills. i'll fix this particular one, but make a note of it on http://community.kde.org/Plasma/Tasks#Plasmoids

Moving to a generic plasma widget component, since this affects basically all widgets but the device notifier, which was fixed by Aaron
