I'm using the nightly builds from the installer and I'm trying to use the oxygen style in Windows XP, but it's not being applied. I think it's the CDE theme that is applied instead...

My kdeglobals file is attached.

Additionnally, I can't find systemsettings, should I open a separate bug report ?

I have the same issue.
After checking, I found "%KDEROOT%\lib\kde4\plugins\styles\oxygen.dll" is missing.
But I do not find out how to install this file from "emerge" after searching the whole portage directory.

This has been fixed for a while, now, closing :)
