Bug 251171

I have been able to add the adress bar from "editing tool bar" menu. I did't and it crashed. I reopened rekonq, the adress bar was in its place.

When I tried to tipe, I crased again (and again, etc). I'm guessing it's the same error.

I compiled rekonq 0.6 and I opened it with gmail and google reader. Everything was ok until I tried to open this link:

This problem happens still with Qt 4.7.1.

Finally I would like to say that there is a previous report containing the same backtrace, which could be the same bug: bug 245078 ; however it is currently marked as fixed.
In any case, we should try to find the webpages that cause the crash, test them on other QtWebkit based browsers (like Arora or a simple QWebView) and forward the bug information to Nokia/Qt

Ouch, the crash doesn't happen in Arora for my test-case that always crashes rekonq. (sending mail in GMail)

It still looks as a WebKit bug (50 last entries in backtrace are in webkit), but rekonq triggers it somehow while other browsers not.

visiting kde.org/support/mailinglists and trying to go to ds-marketing list
(desktop summit marketing list) crashed the browser. Restart - crash. Restart -
crash. restart - empty tab, lost all other tabs!
The crash can be reproduced every time.
