Description Stéphane Guedon 2010-09-13 15:37:32 UTC
Version: 2.0 beta1 (using KDE 4.5.1)
OS: Linux

A dialog box appears regullary saying "Fetch failed, server replied: A000429 BAD Error in IMAP command FETCH: Invalid messageset"

The number changes, but not the rest of the message. There's only an "ok" button, and a sound produced by knotify (but this point is right, knotify makes its own job).

The server itself is a dovecot 2.0.2, but nothing appear in his logs.

I have tried to send myself an email. Everything was good : kmail could read it from the correct imap folder. But numerous (this time, it said 17) other dialog boxes appeared, saying :
"Error while creating item: Unknow error. (NO Unable to add item part)

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:
No one dialog box should appears.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.35-tuxonice-r1
Compiler: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
Gentoo/Linux from layman

Hej Stéphane,

can you still reproduce it with a clean setup of the current 4.6beta version?

Ciao,
Tobias

I have just upgraded kmail to 4.6rc1 and reconnect to kde, and nothing goes wrong for kmail itself ! (except the akonadi search in nepomuk...)

Ok, then I'll close this issue
