I had K3B open and was about to burn an iso to a disc.  I put a disc in the drive (DVD+RW drive, the disc was a DVD+RW) but the disc was unreadable.  The entire desktop locked up and when it unlocked again, K3B crashed.  I did not try to repeat this - I discarded the unreadable disc.
