I was using Dolphin when suddenly the icon area started to behave strange.
It was no longer possible to select files, when I resized the window it repainted but in a wrong way.

Btw. why can't I select KDE-4.5.1 as version?

For what its worth - other instances of Dolphin running side-by-side with the zombie instance didn't show that sympthoms.

Thanks for the report. Can you reproduce the issue on your system or did it occur only once? Does the issue get "fixed" after waiting some time (e. g. a minute or so)?

Cannot reproduce with Dolphin 17.12.3. This issue has probably been fixed when the new view engine was introduced (which is also quite a while ago...). Closing for inactivity, please reopen if you still experience this issue.
