Created attachment 51322 [details] the desired maximal rectangular area Version: 1.2.0 (using KDE 4.4.2) OS: Linux I often use pics produced by HUGIN; as the mouning of single pics into the total pic are hazardous by some amount, it would ease the pic processing enourmously, if DIGIKAM would offer the maximum rectangular area within the givon contours. Please see attached file: the red rectangle approaches this maximum rectangular area to fit into th givon irregular shape. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: always ;-) ! It's _not_ a bug, but a wish!
