Kst crashes if ones tries to edit a previously generated vector.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
start kst
open data manager
create a new vector as "generated" and not from file
try to edit it from the data manager
kst crashes


Expected Results:  
i think that kst should not crash

OS: Windows 32-Bit

There is no version list for "Version Fixed in".
Use Target Milestone as indicator when the bug was fixed.
