OS/Compiler notes: 

Noatun plays *.mp3 with english names correctly. But if the file name contains russian characters it shows the blinking play icon in the tray but doesn't play anything. The progress bar doesn't move. And it doesn't show any error messages either.
BTW i can correctly play all files with mpg123.
