The most recent release of digiKam you can download with the Windows Installer is KDE 4.4.0 / digiKam/showfoto 1.1.0 (only on WinKDE.org and Finland servers.) Please build release packages with the latest stable KDE and digiKam/showfoto and KipiPlugins version 1.4.0.
