Version:           1.13.5 (using KDE 4.5.0) 
OS:                Linux

KMail allows me to right-click on a folder and "Copy folder to ..." the root of the IMAP account. But when I try to drag and drop the folder to the root node of the same IMAP account, I get the "forbidden" cursor and am not able to move/copy the folder there.

it was a bug in kmail <4.5
now in 4.7 we can't.

fixed in 4.7 close
