Sorry, I never reported bugs, this is my first post, I hope to do it properly..
I was invited to report this issue here. rekonq doesnt behave properly on systems with 2 or more virtual workspaces. When I click on an URL from an external app, I want it to be opened in the rekonq window on that very workspace, or to open a new window if none exists – just like konqueror.
rekonq, instead, opens pages on workspaces that have nothing to do with the one hosting that link. Please fix this bug
