It looks like Akonadi starts a nested event loop (see #61 of the backtrace). If that is the case, the originating widget needs to be blocked (e.g. by using a modal dialog), otherwise we allow the user to close systemsettings, while the event loop still processes stuff and cause a crash. The KResource compatibility bridges don't exist anymore with KDE PIM 15.08. |
