Description geoff 2010-08-23 08:16:34 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.0)
OS: Linux

The new icons with a ghost-like outline appearance are a step backwards, in my view. I'm talking about the 'clipboard', 'volume' 'information', 'device notifier', etc icons in KDE 4.5.0. They are ugly, and out of step with the other icons that they share the Panel with. They look as though they would be more appropriate in a kindergarten. Could we please have the proper icons back? Or, if some people see the need to have ugly icons, that the rest of us can select the nice icons in System Settings?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Look at the Panel.

Actual Results:
Dry retch.

Expected Results:
No biological reaction.
