- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Just deleted an HTML mail item, and KMail disappeared. Mail was sent to Trash. Looks like KMail was processing filters while I was reading, as other unread mail appeared in Trash as well (conforming to set filters). Don't think the filter processing was complete, however.
