Version:           4.4.5 (using KDE 4.5.0) 
OS:                Linux

In System Settings I choosed Dutch to be the Desktop language. However Kontact shows a.o. the Toolbar with English text and so are other messages and menus.
I could not find the file /usr/share/locale/nl/LC_MESSAGES/kontact.mo but also .../kmail.mo is missing.

Should be reported to your distribution, they probably didn't package the kdepim translations.

I did that. The first comment was that it was not in the tarbal, because kdepim 4.5 was not in it. However now it has reappeared.
