Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.5.0)

There are standard shortcuts for activating next/previous tab:
KStandardShortcut::tabNext()
KStandardShortcut::tabPrev()

but they can not be configured centrally from the kcm.

Just tested quickly on my installation of SC 4.5.3.
