The reply and the reply to All actions failed to add the recipients to the composer. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a mail.
2. Actions->Message->Reply
=> composer window opens.
3. Look at the recipients flap.

Actual Results:  
To: address is empty.

Expected Results:  
The from address and the other addresses of the mail should be entered to the recipients.

SVN commit 1165877 by amantia:

Clearing ALL receipients every time a To/CC/BCC field is set is a no-go. Clear only when a new message is set.
