Adding new account, but this account is not displayed in the flap or in the resource list. Needs a restart.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new kmail-mobile.
2. Actions->Account: Add new Account.
3, Create a valid Kolab Groupware account.
=> Works.
4. Press finish.
5. Close Actions flap.


Actual Results:  
After step 4:In the middle of the flap is no resource.
In the folder list is just the Local Folders, not the new resource.

Expected Results:  
the Local folders and the new Kolab resource should be in these lists. 

Before the test I removed .kde .config and .local from the user dir.

I tested adding Imap accounts today and it works fine on Linux. The account is sucessfully displayed in the Folder view.

I did report a bug saying that the account list does not update in the 'Actions' tab (see bug #248435).

Ludwig, feel free to verify this bug once it is working for you as well.
