Couldn't reproduce with other modules, likely related to KPackageKit, reassigning...

Sorry but this is not a KPackageKit bug,
none of the three backtraces shows any KPackageKit class.

IMO this might be related to the upgrade change something that made
the other application crash. But even if this was the case KPackageKit has nothing to do about that.

Which module were you using that crashed?
KPackageKit does not open kcmshell (unless the user opens through that).

This bug has had its resolution changed, but accidentally has been left in NEEDSINFO status. I am thus closing this bug and setting the status as RESOLVED to reflect the resolution change.
