Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.0)
OS: Linux

Does someone find the concept of the "Activities" useful in any way?
We have multiple tabs, multiple windows, multiple desktops, do we really need yet another layer on top of that? I find them confusing and of little to no use.

In my opinion, they should be either removed from KDE or somehow merged together with the multiple-desktops to create something new and more useful.

Reproducible: Didn't try

If those are not useful to you, don't use them. Activities are not going away.

Ivan, that's a valid point. Just don't use them! And that's OK for me. But the prominent 'New Activity' button is way to obtrusive to simply ignore it. If there only would be a way to make that button go away...
