I know my webcam is working with Kopete as I can view it in the configuration window and it initializes in configuration.
However in the chat window there are no controls to send the webcam. It also does not recognize a request for my webcam from friends...?

Sorry, we currently don't provide webcam support for the MSN protocol. :(
Please check the documentation and file a l10n-bug, if is still listed there.
