I have the same problem. Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc. do not open web pages. When you kill the process kleopatra.exe then everything is fine. Observation: Test the availability of servers using IP addresses is fine. Sorry, I use Google Translate. Version 2.1.0-svn1167864 (2010-08-11) has the same problem :/ Sorry, I use Google Translate. I can confirm this behavior. It happens every day at 3pm (GMT+2). None of the browsers could access any websites (IE7, FF, Chrome, Opera), but I could continue a SSH session that was already open (no new connection possible though). I usually restarted the system to restore functionality, until I figured out Kleopatra was to blame. Now I just restart Kleopatra.
