- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I had just added an additional default panel, then tried to remove it with right click > Panel Options > Remove This Panel.

- Unusual behavior I noticed:

When I added the additional panel, it appeared in the same spot as the existing panel, at the top of the screen, making it very hard to distinguish between the two.

NOTE: There is a similar bug floating around the tracker which sports a LOT of duplicates. However, that bug has been traced to a bug in Qt prior to 4.5.something. I'm running Qt 4.7, so this is either a different bug, or the underlying Qt bug has still not been fixed despite reports to the opposite.
