By browsing the parents of the above link, I find http://api.kde.org/kdesupport-api/kdesupport-phonon-git.html, which indicates doxygen errors have prevented this documentation from building.  It also contains a notice to notify winter@kde.org.

http 404 : Page not found 

Expected Results:  
Doxygen documentation for Phonon API should be present.

Seems that this has been fixed at some point.
